Are you an experienced HR Advisor with a strong focus on the customer? Are you looking for an opportunity to develop your skills in one of Auckland's largest organisations?
Counties Manukau Health is looking for an HR Advisor to join our team based at Middlemore Hospital. We currently have a full time, 7 months maternity cover available starting in June 2020.
You will work with some of the most amazing people who every day take care of the people of Counties Manukau. Your role will be to take care of the HR needs of these people so that they can focus on the needs of our community. You will work across all the specialist functions in HRs, be agile in your thinking and approach and provide practical solutions to problems. Proven experience with disciplinary and performance issues and have an understanding of recruitment and collective agreements.
You will be able to grow your generalist HR skills in a supportive team and support initiatives from our People Strategy and HR work plan.
You will thrive being busy, meeting people and building relationships. If you like fast paced and every day being different and have at least three to four years' experience as an HR Advisor we want to hear from you.
