Our askHR team provides an advisory service to the organisation on all HR matters such as payroll, leave management, employee benefits, etc. The team also plays a key part in providing better candidate experience by preparing all offer documentation and following through with successful candidates to ensure effective on-boarding into the organisation.
Started in March 2017, the askHR team has been fielding around 500 queries per week, answering general HR queries and has built up a strong reputation for their efficient and timely service. Being a new team, we are on a path of continuous learning and there are opportunities for personal development and growth, not only within the team but also into other HR related roles within the wider HR function.

As the ideal person for this role, you will be an experienced administrator with administration/advisory experience in an HR/recruitment setting with a qualification in an HR related field. You will be very organised, used to working in a high intensity work environment and demonstrate a strong customer service mind-set. And of course you will be a great team player and a confident user of all things techy.
This is a permanent full-time Monday to Friday position based in our Greenlane Clinical Centre.
