We're looking for a candidate to this position in an exciting company.

Support the departments by coordinating commencements, movements, international relocations, parental leave and employee departures, updating relevant systems (Workday) and ensuring payroll deadlines and compliance standards are met.
Provide sound subject matter expertise and advice on policy and processes to employees to help them complete any leave and payroll activities and identify when a query needs to be escalated to a HRBP, GBS or a HR Centre of Excellence.
Working alongside the HRBPs to help build employee and manager capability through self-service of key HR activities and processes.
Work with our Global Business Services (GBS) team to manage all employee life-cycle administration including contract and letter requests and new hire set-up
Partner with the Talent and Rewards teams to support with recruitment and annual HR activities
Contract drafting and management
Support all aspects of the company's benefits offerings
Provide support on visas for international relocations by working with our external visa consultants
Investigate and respond to HR, Payroll, and GBS issues quickly and sensitively, and recommend effective solutions or escalate as required
Provide project support, as required, to the HR team
Identify and implement process improvements
Overall, ensure best practice administrative support for all key processes across the HR team

Strong MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills; ability to use HR information systems including accessing, inputting and compiling data; strong attention to detail; and ability to research and analyse information to produce reports.
Experience using Workday or another HRIS system is preferred
Undergraduate qualification in Human Resources is essential
1-2 years' experience in a similar role with a generalist background is preferred
Eligibility to work in Australia
Strong communication skills both verbal and written; a high level of confidentiality; and a positive 'can do' attitude.
Excellent organisational and time management skills with a strong ability to complete tasks within required timeframes
