Housework And Personal Care

I'm looking for a special student to assist with housework. For example: Cleaning floors Doing dishes Hanging out washing Ironing Cleaning the bathroom and toilet.
Also for someone who can assist me with carrying items from one room to another, and help me sort and pack some belongings into a box.
I can supply all of the cleaning equipment, including gloves and face mask. I use only eco-friendly cleaning liquids, so the person will not be exposed to any harsh chemicals. Hours are flexible and by arrangement. In the morning is preferable.
The ideal student will have an enthusiastic and earnest nature for being useful and helpful in this capacity. They will have excellent listening and verbal communication skills, be good with time-management and organisation strategies, a strong work ethic, a sharp memory, and be pleasant to be around. Someone who can work alongside others and easily assimilate verbal instructions and guidance.
