As a Team Leader, you will take ownership of guest rooms, ensuring that our guests are provided with a clean, comfortable space, and be a part of creating a memorable experience for them.Assist in the daily cleaning, checking of bedrooms and the staff/public areas to maintain standardsTake initiative to add a personalized experience for the guestTake ownership of guests' privacy and belongings, while ensuring exceptional serviceBe competent in the running of the hire and clean laundry operation and ensure the cost-effective use of linen and assist with inventories as requested by the Housekeeper/Housekeeping SupervisorQualificationsWhat you will bring to the role:At least 2 years experience of Room Attendant / Self Checker at a luxury levelPassion for interacting with people, with the ability to communicate fluently in EnglishAbility to work well under pressure in our fast-paced environmentStrong interpersonal and problem-solving abilitiesHighly responsible & reliableAbility to work cohesively with colleagues as part of a teamAbility to focus on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all timesAdditional InformationBring passion and dedication to excellence, and we will recognise your contribution with a variety of benefits, rewards, and development opportunities.
