We're seeking an experienced Housekeeping Manager to lead a dedicated team and uphold our renowned standards of excellence.As Housekeeping Manager, you will take ownership of the cleanliness, presentation, and maintenance of The Landing Residences, Winery, and back-of-house areas.
You will play a key leadership role, reporting directly to the Residences Manager, who is committed to mentoring the right candidate in the exclusive lodge sector.This is a hands-on management role that includes team leadership, staff development, process improvement, and ensuring our guests experience the ultimate in comfort and elegance.Key Responsibilities:Lead, recruit, train, and manage the housekeeping teamMaintain The Landing's residences and facilities to the highest standardManage departmental supplies and rostersOversee laundry services including guest garments and lodge linensCollaborate with other department heads to ensure seamless guest experiencesContribute to health and safety planning and complianceSupport and report to the Residences Manager on operational performanceAbout You:Proven experience in housekeeping leadership, or a strong background as a housekeeping supervisor ready to progressExperience in luxury hospitality or private yachting highly regardedExceptional attention to detail and high personal standardsStrong communication and team management skillsConfident with budgeting, rostering, and stock controlComfortable working in a fast-paced, guest-focused environmentProactive and solutions-focusedReliable transport and valid NZ work rights (no visa sponsorship available)This is an ideal opportunity for an established housekeeping leader or a senior supervisor ready to step up into a management role.
