Housekeeper (Private home) - start date 29 April 2019

Our family consists of 2 dads, a 10-year old daughter, and a dog.
The pay will be between $48,000 to $52,000 depending on hours negotiated (30 to 40 hours a week), duties, and experience. On top of this, we will pay superannuation and you will have 4 weeks (20 working days) of annual leave per year (with leave loading).
Hours are 7am to 9am, then 1:30pm to 6pm, weekdays.
Essential criteria:

1. Unrestricted drivers licence with a clean driving record (own car would be desirable)
2. Ability to iron
3. Australian resident (no working holiday visa applicants please)
4. Flexible with work hours
5. Motivated, proactive, efficient, resilient, and self-directed
Duties include:

Laundry / ironing
Making beds
Shopping / food preparation
Help drive child to and from school and activities
Cleaning the house
Help look after (walk, feed, play, bathe) our 4 year old dog (a beaglier) and keep her outdoor area tidy and clean
General housekeeping duties, such as keeping the house clean and tidy, sweeping up mess, being present for tradespeople, accepting mail, running errands etc.
Once a week, stay overnight (you will then have time off in lieu)
Child minding occasionally in the evenings (you will then have time off in lieu)
