Summit Homes NZ Ltd is one of the most successful family owned building companies in New Zealand with a goal to build good solid kiwi homes that are affordable for every Kiwi to own. With offices in Pokeno, Te Kauwhata, Tuakau and Hamilton, they are currently looking for House & Land Consultants to manage demand at their Show HomesConsideration for this role is given to those with little experience but with the right ?attitude?. Working closely with Sales Manager and sales team members, you will be responsible for managing the enquiries generated by their on-going marketing initiatives and a visible presence across the many sites that Summit Homes are located in. Other aptitudes would include but not be limited to: Experience in a client facing Sales role and, as you?ll be the ?face? of Summit Homes, you must have excellent presentation and communication skills.Prior experience in Real Estate is preferred but please note that a Real Estate licence is not required.
Training will be given to the successful applicants. Above all you will have the desire and drive to succeed and achieve your goals. Summit Homes NZ Ltd works closely with Developers, Mortgage Advisors and Solicitors. It provides Education, Property and Mortgage services and holds well attended presentations and seminars to groups throughout the Waikato region.
