As we continue our quest to set the standard for exceptional service, we are looking to fill a full-time and part-time Food and Beverage Attendant role.What we are looking for: We are looking for vibrant and charismatic Food and Beverage SUPERSTARS with a strong background in hospitality to join our small, dynamic team.We have a full-time (minimum 30 hours per week) and a part-time (minimum 20 hours per week) role available.
Both roles require flexibility to work a roster that includes shifts any day of the week, from Monday to Sunday, including public holidays when applicable.Specific Requirements:Excellent people skills and the ability to think outside the boxFlexibility to work on a rotational roster, including weekends and public holidaysAbility to multi-task, work under pressure, and maintain a positive attitudeStrong team player with a willingness to build relationships with guests from all walks of lifeProfessional appearance, including clean, well-maintained clothing and excellent grooming habitsFriendly, energetic, and hard-working attitudeOutstanding customer service skills and great communicationKey Duties:Conferencing and event shiftsMaking and serving barista coffeePouring and serving beverages, including wine, beer, spirits, and cocktailsClearing dishes and glasses from tablesGeneral cleaning of the restaurantResetting tables and restocking the minibarMonitoring the breakfast buffetSetting up the restaurant for breakfast, lunch, and dinnerAssisting with conferencing and event setupsPrevious experience as a Food and Beverage Attendant will be beneficialBarista coffee knowledge and skills will be beneficialBeverage knowledge (including wines, beers, spirits, and cocktails) is a plusConfidence in pouring and presenting wine and beerAbility to carry multiple plates (3 or 4 at a time) and clear dirty dishes efficientlyExperience with a MICROS point-of-sale system is advantageousAn LCQ certificate will be advantageousFood Safety knowledge will be advantageousTo continue our focus on quality, we are seeking a part-time Housekeeping Room Attendant/Relief Supervisor, including public area duties.What we are looking for: We are looking for a reliable, adaptable, and performance-driven individual to join our housekeeping team, reporting to our Head Housekeeper.
