What's the job?
This role requires the successful candidate to be able to deal with numerous individual requirements at any given time and would suite someone who is used to working in an extremely busy and dynamic environment.
This is a challenging role where you will need to be someone who interacts with others easily across all levels from field staff to management and is very organised. You will need an inquiring mind and be able to juggle with data to filter out business information that leads to better decision making as well as being practicable.
As our Supervisor you will be responsible for looking after parks and reserves on a reactive and scheduled basis in accordance with contract specifications.
What does the role entail?
Liaising between management and field staff to ensure all operational portfolio requirements are actioned
Strong understanding of H&S (permit coordination, incident reporting, quality audits, etc)
Running Toolboxes in conjunction with the Branch Manager
Ensuring all daily transactional admin is complete including time sheets, P card sign off, etc
Liaising with the client and members of the public.

Experience preferably in Horticulture or Turf Management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
An ability to problem solve
A relevant horticulture or turf qualification or certification
Great attitude towards Health and Safety
