Horticulture Team Leader

Skills and Experience
The successful applicant should have
• Proven organisation and planning skills
• Effective cross-cultural communication skills.
• Must be able to supervise field staff and liaise with the company's Production Manager.
• The ability to train and lead a team, in a positive manner.
• Proven supervisory and leadership experience.
• Should be competent with computer and information technology.
• A full NZ drivers’ licence is also required.
Key Responsibilities
• Reporting directly to the Production Manager
• Leading a team in maintaining high standards
• Working with the crop/block supervisors to support them in the execution of their roles
• Hands on position including machinery operation and seasonal tasks
• Co-ordination of seasonal orchard activities
