Herd Test Team Leader - Otago

About the RoleReporting to the South Island Regional Herd Test Manager, you will be responsible for providing quality leadership and effectively managing your team and resources to deliver exceptional service to our farming customers. This role will require you to regularly travel throughout the Otago region, overseeing an area from Oamaru through to Balclutha. Involving both hands-on in the field and administration tasks, if you like variety in your day this may be the role for you!The Herd Test team are a part of the Operations & Service Group which is responsible for the strategy of keeping our people safe and for delivering on the promise we make to our customers. Operations & Service is made up of LIC's core production laboratories, farming operations and the field teams (AB and Herd Testing) who deliver LIC's product on farm.About YouWe are seeking an effective leader who is passionate about creating a great team culture while delivering outstanding results.
