Hemp Factory - Production Manager

We are a young company and a young team growing rapidly. Demand for our health supplement range and wholesale ingredients made from NZ Hemp is requiring we expand our production capability and bring another motivated, hard working human with growth potential onto our team. This role is working on our new factory floor in charge of processing raw hemp seed into the key ingredients we use for our retail products. This is a physical job requiring a willingness to be flexible, learn how to operate large scale food processing equipment and understand the importance of food safety and product quality. It will also be a great chance to learn and understand how an e-commerce business operates and you will be exposed to a vertically integrated business model taking raw product right through to it's retail state.Day to day will be assisting our factory manager with ensuring that we have enough raw ingredient and retail products available for our retail and wholesale business. This will be in our new factory/office/store location and will have the full support of a young energetic team looking to scale our retail business for both NZ and International markets.This is a business where there is both a variety of learnings and growth potential as well as the chance to experience a business in an intense growth phase.
