Hell Store Manager / Team Member

Store Manager - Full Time

Hell’s Pizza is a popular pizza eatery in New Zealand. We are looking for an experienced Store Manager for our branch in South Dunedin. We are open 7 days, Monday to Sunday, therefore we need a committed and energetic individual with experience and knowledge of this industry.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

In this role, you will be reporting to the Director and your day-to-day tasks may include:

• Oversee and manage daily store operations
• Identify and resolve store-related issues
• Implement and ensure adherence of Health & Safety procedures
• Manage store budget and financial matters
• Formulate in-store promotions and business marketing
• Staff recruitment, training and management of a number of staff
• Purchasing and managing stock levels to adequacy

Job Pre-requisites

You will be an individual with experience in a similar role (ideally in HELL) with a minimum tertiary qualification. You will also need to have:

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent management and communication skills
• Any other skills that can ensure the smooth operations of a store
• Knowledge and experience in the food and beverage industry is a must
This position involves both day & night time work and includes weekends, a full license is required.

Team Member / Driver - Full time

We are also looking for full time kitchen hand and delivery driver with their own cars that will take our precious pizza babies out fast and in perfect condition to our customers. (Drivers are paid an hourly rate, plus a reimbursement per delivery).

A clean drivers licence is required. This position involves night time in weekdays and weekends.

Hours of work may vary, All applicants must be prepared to work at weekend night (Fri and Sat) until 12 Am
