Phoenix Health Hub serves as the general practice division of Phoenix Healthcare Group with a team of experienced practitioners ready to deliver primary healthcare services at our conveniently located clinics, clients can receive comprehensive care either as enrolled or casual patients.Learn more about us at www.phoenixhealthcare.co.nz and download the full position description from our website.ResponsibilitiesHelp design a new suite of primary care services whilst leading the Rolleston based business to success and ensuring day to day operations run smoothly.Your leadership will be pivotal to the development of this modern and highly anticipated GP practice.Motivate and inspire your team to achieve great outcomes for the community, providing support and direction where required ensuring strong clinical governance and leadership is supported.Manage diaries and caseloads of the clinical team in conjunction with the Medical Director, oversee day-to-day clinic operations, provide staff leadership, handle all customer inquiries, oversee recruitment and selection of clinical and non-clinical staff in conjunction with relevant clinical leads.Manage stocktakes, order supplies, oversee online shop stock and dispatch management, problem solving, strategic thinking and leading by example.Landlord relations, organise functions, liaise with ACC, ensure appropriate policies and procedures are in place, follow up on rejected/unpaid claims, and manage banking.Build relationships with local community and design health services using stakeholder feedback for future development.Work with clinical leads and quality leads to ensure the highest possible standard of care is provided and all auditing requirements are met.Manage continuous improvement projects as required, ensuring progress against objectives and aims.Handle invoicing, billing, reconciliations, statements, payroll, and reporting using Xero.QualificationsExperienced in healthcare leadership or practice management.Thrives under pressure, shows initiative, and has excellent problem-solving skills.Strong team leader with a commitment to patient care and clinical excellence.Competent with IT troubleshooting and financial management systems such as Xero.Inclusive and community-focused, ready to make a meaningful difference.Applications formally close on Sunday 16th February 2025.
