Health Safety & Environmental Facilitator

Eastland Network keeps the lights on for more than 25,000 business and residential customers across Gisborne, Wairoa and the East Coast.

We need an experienced, enthusiastic HSE Facilitator to champion the management and administration of our HSE responsibilities in everyday Network operations.

The purpose of this role is to ensure legislative compliance, raise HSE awareness and performance, and to maintain and influence a proactive safety culture.

To be successful in this role you will have:

Excellent communication and relationship building skills, with the ability to motivate others to achieve genuine engagement and support for HSE across all levels
At least 3 years' experience in a related role, and preferably within an Electricity Distribution business
A thorough working knowledge of HSE legislation
A relevant tertiary qualification
