It is a role that also facilitates the achievement of our ESG goals, to deliver a more sustainable future. These are achieved by coaching, influencing and mentoring the team to demonstrate effective ownership of safe working practices and the coordination of the implementation of the Kraft Heinz Safety Management System. The role requires an understanding of behavioural safety techniques and how strong leadership can influence behaviour at a shop floor level. Knowledge of statutory, and industry health and safety requirements are the key criteria for this position.Responsibilities:Building outstanding relationship with operational employees at all levels to maintain and progress a strong health and safety culture.Development, co-ordination and delivery of health, safety induction and operational training.Conduct external and internal audits.Conducting incident and accident assessment and investigation, conducting site inspections.Provide advice and tools to assist the line managers exercise their safety and compliance responsibilities.Coordination of the delivery of key compliance training for the site.About You:Formal qualification in health and safety: (e.g. New Zealand Certificate in Workplace Health and Safety Practice (Level 4), Australian Certificate IV Work health and Safety, NEBOSH, or equivalent).Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is desirable.Qualification in auditing highly desirable.A high level of computer literacy including Word and Excel.Experience with online health and safety management systems.Excellent communication skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
