This role reports to the Zero Harm Manager and supports the delivery of safe services to Spotless NZ through the implementation of the safety, compliance and improvement programme.This is a hands-on role which will see you actively involved in audits, risk assessments, training and will assist in the direction and investigation of incidents.Your responsibilities will include;Responsibility for monitoring of internal and external compliance with contractual, company and statutory requirements, and providing technical and quality related advice as required to internal staff, external subcontractors and our client representativesSupporting and guiding operations in the effective management of workplace safety to minimise risk and harm to all employees, client representatives, customers subcontractors and visitorsAssisting the Zero Harm Manager with auditing of works in progress to check compliance with the Contract OSHE requirements and identify the areas of risk exposureUndertaking investigations and complete reports that support the business in identifying correction and preventative actions. Follow up actions through to completionContribute to regular reporting including trend analysisSkills and Experience:Vital to your success will be your professional manner, integrity and ability to communicate effectively.
