You will be responsible for providing administrative support across the business with data analysis, and compliance monitoring for operational systems & processes relating to risk management, health, safety, well-being, environmental, food safety & quality data, training, reporting & investigations.Key responsibilities and accountabilities of this role include, but not limited to:Administrating the risk management system, creating reports and required ad hoc documents for the business.Analyse data and reports to identify key trends for improvement and review data validation for reporting integrity.Assist with internal Health and Safety audits as required.Support teams with hazard and risk management and event investigations.Provide ongoing coaching and support for internal stakeholders on the risk management system and various Health & Safety procedures and policies.Ensure system integrity and alignment with other IT platforms.To be successful in this role, you will have the following skills, knowledge and experience:Experience with System Administration.Intermediate-advanced excel knowledge (creating graphs, pivot charts, upload sheets) would be preferable.Intuitive with a variety of systems & databases.Excellent problem-solving capability & knowledge.Ability to understand system interactions & implications of updates to fields & information.Ability to communicate with end-users effectively to identify & solve issues.Displays a positive & enthusiastic “can do” attitude & retains a positive demeanour even in face of difficulties.Works as a team player & goes out of way to help.Continuously seeks to improve systems & procedures balancing efficiency with a safety & quality focus & attention to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP Standards).The Box Ticking Stuff:Only applicants with the right to work in New Zealand should apply for this role.In line with company policy, applicants will be required to complete pre-employment drug testing and a Criminal Conviction Check.Driver’s License is requiredWhy Walter & Wild?Joining us means joining a global organisation with very exciting growth plans.With a fresh approach, we aspire to be the leading innovator, marketer and creators of food in NZ.
