Permanent, Full Time and Part Time Health Care Assistant roles!
Health Care Assistants (HCAs)are an integral part of our team, working closely with midwifery and nursing staff to provide clinical and non-clinical assistance to patients, ensuring a consistently high quality of care is received. In addition to patient care, responsibilities include general duties to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the unit.
We are looking forHealth Care Assistantsto join our team. They offer a friendly, supportive environment with a great team of experienced midwives and registered nurses who provide education to develop your clinical skills.
You will have a strong commitment to providing patient focused care as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A team player with strong organisational and time management skills, you will be adaptable, open to change and able to relate well to people from a variety of backgrounds and cultures.
You would be joining our dynamic multi-disciplinary team with experience providing care for woman in our culturally diverse community.
You will be required to work rostered shifts including morning, afternoons and nights.
Essential Requirements:
Health Care Assistant Level 4 Qualification or equivalent
1+ year HCA experience in a large health care setting
Good communication and customer service skills
Good command of verbal and written English
