We are looking for Health Care Assistants to join our great team of highly skilled nurses in Ward 33 East. We have dedicated delirium beds within our ward so an interest in the confused patient would be an advantage as duties will include the care and supervision of these patients. Comprehensive training, to support care delivery, will be given. Being an excellent team player, having the ability to be directed and supervised to deliver planned patient care is also required.
As a Health Care Assistant you will be required to provide clinical and non-clinical care to our patients. Our new team members must also be highly organised, able to prioritise, have excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy building relationships with our patients.
Essential Requirements:
Health Care Assistant level 3/4 certificate or equivalent
Minimum 1 year experience working in a hospital setting
Good communication and customer service skills
Good command of verbal and written English
