Health Care Assistant

Health Care Assistant / Caregiver required for a Full time position64 hours per fortnight.
Mercy Parklands is a private hospital providing excellent residential care, with a proud history spanning more than 22 years. We are a not-for-profit organisation comprising of 97 beds, located in Ellerslie, Auckland.
The successful applicant will demonstrate:
Experience as a Health Care Assistant in a Hospital setting
Minimum of 2 years experience in care of the elderly
Dementia training or experience
Strong resident focus with great communication skills
Ability to work all shifts as rostered
Commitment to quality improvement and service development
HCA Level 3 or 4 qualifications would be an advantage
Spark of Lifetraining would be preferable
