If so, consider this exciting new opportunity as FMG's Health and Safety Lead.About the Role: We are looking for a passionate and experienced Health and Safety Lead to join our Wellbeing, Health and Safety team within People & Culture.
This role is vital in developing, implementing, and continuously improving FMG's Critical Risk and Health, Wellbeing and Safety Management System.
You will provide professional advice and support to FMG, ensuring we continue to be a healthy and safe place to work.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement FMG's Health, Wellbeing and Safety Management systems and procedures.Manage the Critical Risk and verification programme.Conduct investigations for major incidents, ensuring corrective actions and learnings are implemented.Deliver health and safety education to FMG's Board, Executive Leadership Team, Leaders, and employees.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver Health, Wellbeing and Safety services across the business.About You:Proactive and experienced health & safety professionalStrong background in developing and implementing health & safety policies and proceduresExcellent communication skillsConfident in providing sound & accurate advice, training, and guidance to people leaders.We are looking for someone who is committed to fostering a culture of safety within our organisation and has a proven track record of managing health and safety within a complex environment.How to Apply: If you are passionate about health and safety and want to make a difference at FMG, we would love to hear from you.
