Our People and Quality Directorate is offering an opportunity to join them as aHealth and Safety Advisor - Contractor Management. You'll have the right experience and aptitude to hit the ground running!
Your direct impact will influence health and safety policies and procedures of this DHB and in turn, the kind of quality care we can offer the Hawke's Bay community.
You'll have excellent communication skills and a high aptitude for working collaboratively with others to get them on board with new systems and processes. The environment is complex and varied so you'll need to be able to show previous success in delivering in such conditions.
You'll be someone who is able to work systematically and is confident making decisions using a mix of analysis, wisdom, experience and judgement. A pragmatic approach to the needs of our DHB will ensure this roles success.
You'll have proven experience working in large organisations where you've advised and worked hands-on.
