Head Teacher - Under 3'S (Beststart Arrowtown)

Are you an ECE Leader looking for part time hours? Enjoy a fantastic work/life balance working 28 hours in our Head Teacher role (Under 3's)
We are licenced for 50 children across two rooms following the traditional 0-3 and 3-6 age groups of a Montessori. Our opening hours are 8.30am -
5.00pm. We offer a Montessori inspired programme, in a learning environment that fosters independence, respect for each other, our environment and the wider world.
This is a fixed term, part time contract until November 2020. To apply for this role you will have a current practicing certificate and ECE qualification, along with the following:
*Enjoys working collaboratively in a small team
*Ability to lead and run a team
*Strong leadership skills
*Displays excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Friendly, reliable and trustworthy
*Highly motivated and passionate about working in Early Childhood *Professional manner and great time management skills
*Sound knowledge of Te Whariki, the planning cycle, assessment and self-review
*Fun, bubbly, approachable and willing to give anything a go
Experience with the Montessori philosophy would be ideal but not essential.
