Overview
We are seeking an energetic and creative head teacher to oversee our infant and toddler rooms at Bear Park Henderson.
The role involves leading a team of five teachers, focusing on children aged 1-2 years, with responsibilities extending to under 1-year-olds and 2-3-year-olds.
Responsibilities

Lead and support a diverse, collaborative, and communicative team.
Manage administrative tasks with dedicated weekly time.
Engage in collaborative planning and small group work with children.
Create a connection with nature through spacious, bright, and natural environments.
Foster an enjoyable, creative, and supportive teaching environment.
Drive engagement and success of teachers, children, and whanau relationships.
