About the Role:
Reporting to the VP of Marketing, the Head of Sales will manage a growing team of 5 locally and 1 based in the UK.

Your team will be first point of contact for customers who have trialled this SaaS product, taking them through the sales journey and closing the sale.
As the Head of Sales, your role will include:
You will be motivating your global team to smash company goals and sales targets.
Listen to calls and provide one on one coaching to the team where applicable.
Assist with recruitment, training, onboarding, and facilitating workshops.
Work closely with the VP of Marketing to discuss and recommend sales team expansion plans, including your plan to make sure new reps in your team will hit the ground running.
Spend some time reviewing sales reports and crunching the latest sales numbers to identify areas where our sales performance has improved plus further opportunities for improvement.
Pitching in and jumping on a few sales calls yourself to help close out the month when required.
Develop a plan to address areas of potential improvement based on approaches you have seen and implemented in the past.
Present month to date sales results and the forecast for month end at the weekly all company team meeting.

About You:
You will have experience working in a fast-paced B2B sales environment and have proven experience leading a sales team. This role would suit someone who enjoys selling to end users with shorter sales cycles and appreciate handling high volume of leads. If you have experience working in a recurring revenue environment, this would be a bonus!
In addition to this, we also look for someone with:
Have previous sales management experience managing a phone-based sales team.
Have demonstrated experience implementing best practice approaches to improve sales team performance.
Have experience owning global sales strategy development and execution for a SaaS company.
Are a metrics-driven sales leader who loves the challenge of meeting and exceeding aggressive sales targets.
Are a strong leader and coach who takes pride in growing and developing their sales team.
Rely on the numbers and sales funnel analysis to track, measure, and optimise sales performance.
Have a track record of innovation and experimentation, with clear examples of how you’ve improved sales performance in the teams you’ve managed.
Have experience using (and helping your teams to use) HubSpot or similar marketing automation/CRM software.
