Kiwibank is undertaking a programme of unprecedented change - driven by our growth ambitions, our intent to migrate to a new core system, the increasing range and complexity of regulatory requirements, and by the changing needs and expectations of our customers.
This exciting new senior role within the Risk team, will be the primary point of contact between Risk and our core systems replacement project team. We will be seeking to leverage the Bank's wider change agenda to ensure we continue to successfully protect the Bank and our customers. The successful candidate will develop and coordinate the delivery of a programme that will build Risk capability to the ultimate benefit of all our stakeholders. This role provides an opportunity to strengthen assurance and compliance effectiveness through an investment in people, systems and process automation. It's a role you can really get your teeth into!
You'll also be leading the progressive transformation of our Risk function as we implement our strategic change agenda. It's an exciting time to take on the role, as we develop and then embed operational change across the Bank.
