About The RoleWe have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Remuneration and Benefits to join our People & Performance team at Craigs Investment Partners (CIP).
This is a permanent full-time position, based at our Head Office in Tauranga (or open to other locations in our network for the right candidate).As Head of Rem & Ben, you will be responsible for the leadership of CIP's remuneration, benefits, payroll, P&P advisory, and analytics functions.
Reporting to the Head of People & Performance, this role has people leadership responsibilities for a payroll / advisory, and administration team (currently 3).
This role is critical in ensuring that our compensation and benefits programs are competitive, compliant, and aligned with our organisational goals.
The role is also responsible for oversight of day-to-day payroll processing and ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation.Other Responsibilities IncludeDesign and implement a remuneration and benefits strategy and framework that attract, retain, and motivate employees.Develop and maintain remuneration and benefits policies, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.Oversee the payroll processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely payment to all employees.Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.Analyse HR data to provide insights and recommendations on workforce trends, compensation, and benefits.Lead, mentor, and manage the Remuneration and Benefits team, providing guidance (technical and general), coaching and feedback for team members.About YouThis role will suit a leader who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment in a collaborative team.
The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail, organisation skills, and is a team player.
