Job Description

About the role The Head of Media & Online is responsible for driving the digital transformation of our media communications and online platforms across Australia & New Zealand, responsible for traditional media, DTC & eCommerce, digital marketing, CRM & loyalty, digital content & search, and site merchandising & planning. You will work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders including Marketing, Media agencies, PR agencies, Global Media team, and retailers to deliver strategy, multiple brand campaigns and eCommerce initiatives on time and in full. Key responsibilities: Responsible for overseeing paid and earned media strategy Drive annual planning of all brand media communication for brand efficiency of media buy with media agencies Digital marketing including: Always On social media, Omnichannel Marketing and eComm, website maintenance and optimization, SEO/SEM, and various media partnerships like Google & FB. Lead retailers’ Omni Channel marketing solutions, transforming KraftHeinz Online shopping from sales-integrated to elevated demand creation and equity building Support all brand marketing campaigns & strategies, leading use of KHC methodology and Sufficiency models Responsible for media agency relationships, management and budgets Reimagine the media and online model for such iconic brands as Golden Circle, HEINZ, Wattie’s, and our next generation brands Partner with local and global stakeholders to build and cascade best practice and ways of working (cross-portfolio and cross-functional) to drive organizational change and enterprise solutions, and upskill marketing organization from fundamentals to new/disruptive media & online spaces This position is based in Newmarket, Auckland.
