Head Of Maintenance Engineering

We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

Leading the process of engaging the team to develop, implement and drive a maintenance strategy that achieve exceptional performance in all aspects of productivity and efficiency
Refreshing and embedding a culture focussed on high performance, continuous improvement, engagement, growth and delivery of service to customers
Leads the development of plans for future growth and expansion
Taking a vigilant approach to maintaining, analysing and enhancing financial performance and cost reduction within the Maintenance Engineering team.

You will have proven senior and contemporary leadership experience inclusive of people and performance, business improvement, leading change, designing and implementing productivity initiatives and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
Tertiary Qualification in a relevant field
Proven leadership experience and technical knowledge base in a heavy engineering / industrial environment, overseeing all facets of strategic planning and operations relating to asset management, planned and reactive maintenance and projects
Strong financial acumen with an ability to critically interpret and apply an understanding of key financial indicators to inform sound decision making and business case recommendations.
Have strong communication and influencing skills and a passion for team building and staff engagement.
