Position SummaryWhat will this role achieve The person in this role will be responsible for leading defining and implementing the IM Ownership Marketing strategy across our owned and shared channels with operators and retailers The role exists to improve loyalty amongst our 14M installed base We plan to improve the experience for Samsung owners during their time with us engaging them and making choose to stay with us while also enticing others to want to join us The role rsquo s remit incorporates driving forwards our ambitious growth plans for Samsung services such as Samsung Pay and Samsung Health Role and ResponsibilitiesWhat will be your key deliverables Deliver a strategy plan and business case to secure investment for 2020 amp 2021 ownership marketing that is aligned to overall IM marketing and business objectives Drive forwards the 1 24 month ownership marketing plan and monitor outcomes vs objectives set refining where necessary to improve results and return on investment Lead ownership marketing communications for both owned and shared channels including CRM Members Samsung Health amp Pay as well as with operators and retailers working in partnership with Head of Channel Engagement Nurture the ownership experience across the business HQ other markets EO and SEUK influencing partners and gaining consensus to the plans You will need to overcome barriers flex your approach as needed and influence at all levels to drive towards the right outcome Lead coach and mentor a team of 6 direct reports and contribute to making the IM Marketing team of 80 people a phenomenal place to work Secure the right agency resources to deliver ownership marketing success working in partnership with the marketing leadership team and procurement What do we need for this role Experience of leading ownership relationship or loyalty marketing at a senior level across a large business with proven business results Commercially minded Takes total accountability for outcomes Excellent team leader Collaborative and able to influence across a complex business Adaptable to changeSkills and QualificationsWhat does success look like Success increases in Loyalty Net Promoter Score Number of people who own a phone tablet and watch Number of registered and active users of Samsung Pay and Health As well as building a high performing motivated team to deliver these ambitions Please visit Samsung membership to see Privacy Policy which defaults according to your location You can change Country Language at the bottom of the page If you are European Economic Resident please click here Apply Now
