The role is primarily based at the senior campus in Epsom teaching Y9-13 including Scholarship, but could also be involved in teaching younger levels.Why do we want you?You will be an excellent leader and manager, with experience and/or the capability to lead a small but capable team of practitioners.
You will also be an experienced teacher of mathematics and statistics with a proven track record of achieving results, and improving learning outcomes for students.
You will believe in engaging students to explore relationships in quantity, space and data and learn how to express these relationships in ways that help them to make sense of the world around them.You will be responsible for tracking student progress and numeracy, including numeracy common assessments.
You will understand the benefits of ongoing learning for yourself and others and will work to ensure the success of your students while leading and supporting the work of colleagues in your department.
