Things you should know
Management of overall IT systems and infrastructure, including Exact ERP system
Development of IT Strategy
Work closely with business stakeholders to develop and implement solutions for system and process re-design across all business units and across all offices globally Australia, USA, Japan, China, UAE, India, France.
Create and implement IT and systems strategies and initiatives
Build and execute a plan to align the Companys ERP Management Information Systems to ensure it is aligned to the companys core business functions globally
Manage small IT team of internal and external resources to deliver day-to-day applications, infrastructure, help desk
Vendor management for infrastructure, support & applications
Manage internal IT support and any 3rd party relationships
Developing and implementing IT policy and best practice guides for the organisation
Identifying and acting on opportunities to improve and update software, systems and hardware
Project planning and execution of IT projects and initiatives including system optimization, updates, upgrades, migrations and outages
Conducting regular system audits
Running regular checks on network, data and backup systems, and ensure their security
Managing and reporting on allocation of IT budget
Manage hardware and software selection, purchasing, installation and upgrades
Run systems training workshops for existing & new staff
Build and devise relevant Automated Reports to monitor Systems & Processes within each CBU
Skills & Experience:
Proven track record in successfully implementing business & systems change in a system & process change management role. (role critical)
Systems Experience ERP, Salesforce, Expense and AP automation
Infrastructure Experience Cloud migration
Project management experience
Strong Communication and engagement within global context
Experience with Active Directory/ Exchange / Server
Experience in technical support / customer service
Ability to multi-task, possess excellent time and priority management skills and a have a self-motivated attitude. An eagerness to learn and high work ethic is highly desirable
Brilliant troubleshooting skills and experience in a very fast moving and changing environment.
Experience with server hardware and software support in networking environments
