This unique opportunity can be based anywhere in New Zealand (providing you are prepared to travel) Reporting to the Chief Executive (Christchurch), the Chief Digital Officer (or whatever you choose to call yourself) will provide visionary leadership and a compelling future digital roadmap that enables the company?s business strategy. The Chief Digital Officer will be responsible for delivering functional excellence across all disciplines of IT Project Management, Business Intelligence & Analytics, Applications Management and Integration, Applications Architecture, Infrastructure Architecture & Security in conjunction with our external Hardware and support provider.

Experience within an environment where a digital customer interface has been successfully developed and launched.
Exposure to working within a medium-large scale, complex business.
Experience operating as part of a Senior Leadership or Executive Team.
Strong leadership and Influencing skills
Well rounded individual who is collaborative and team orientated, yet prepared to challenge.
Demonstrated ability to understand organisational context and develop a future focused digital strategy and execution roadmap.
Prepared to go the Extra Kilometre to lead our People ensuring you always have their backs
