Responsible for designing and delivering the implementation of the digital strategy, this role works with internal stakeholders and external providers to deliver on its desired goals. You will have the opportunity to come in, and develop a high performing team culture as well as overseeing the Opex and Capex budgets within your area of responsibility. Managing the day to day operations of a team of five highly experienced technicians, you will be responsible for overseeing workflow, helping to set expectations in priorities, managing staff performance, planning for future needs and ensuring the school is able to deliver on its key strategic goals. The hours are flexible however the School operates Monday to Friday 8.00am – 4.30pm, and this role reports to the Director of Business Services, part of the Senior Leadership Team.Experience neededWe are seeking a strong people leader to ensure this team reaches its full potential in delivering exceptional services to staff, students and parents.
