We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

Working in partnership with the Farmlands Leadership team and Senior Leaders, you will lead the organisations business partnering efforts to develop and deliver people strategies and provide input to ensure great outcomes for our Leaders and our people.
With a focus on employee and candidate experiences, the Head of HR will lead our HR Generalist and Recruitment teams on a number of strategic deliverables. You will be working closely with the Head of Remuneration and Benefits and Head of Organisation Development to build and align world class experiences for our employees.

We are looking for someone who can strike the balance of operating at an effective strategic level as well as being able to roll up your sleeves and ensure the team are fully supported. A seasoned HR leader, you will be a creative thinker who can work autonomously to deliver results and ensure adoption across all stakeholder groups through collaboration, co-design, positive influencing and building great working relationships.
