This is recognition that TSB is on the right track, as we work to take our bank into the future with compelling products which complement our famous unparalleled customer care.About the Role Who are you?We're seeking a results-driven Head of Everyday Banking Products who will lead and own the development and delivery against the product vision and strategy for Everyday Banking Products. You will demonstrate experience leading the development of product plans and will take accountability for the evaluation and prioritisation of initiatives, partnering with stakeholders to scope business requirements. You will have a sound knowledge of customer research and market insights to enable you to identify opportunities to remove barriers to value and drive ongoing design excellence.Some key responsibilities include: Develop and lead the implementation of growth plans for Everyday Banking Products. Ultimate responsibility for regulatory compliance of all products within Everyday Banking Products. Own the Everyday Banking Products P&L, and lead actions to improve profitability. To be successful, you'll also need: 7+ years of senior management within a Product function. 10+ years of product management experience. Effective management of third-party suppliers, customer relationships and internal / external stakeholders Deep customer experience understanding and knowledge of digital trends.
