You will have high expectations of yourself and an appetite for challenge and for continuing to develop your leadership.You will be leading a team that supports and provides meaningful pathways for students with a variety of learning needs.Ideally, you will have experience in the secondary sector, and may have held a variety of roles within and beyond the school environment that demonstrate:Positive working relationships with students, colleagues, whanau and support agenciesThe ability to lead a team in an education environmentSelf-motivation, flexibility, and excellent time management skillsThe ability to plan and prioritise tasks, and have a high attention to detailHigh level of written and oral communication skillsThe ability to look for opportunities to continually improve the outcomes of the Learning Support Department.This is a full-time permanent position.
