The Role
Owns end-to-end service delivery for all Optimation’s clients ensuring great service outcomes and on target delivery for Optimation.
Manages the utilisation, coaching, capacity and development of the Project Delivery team
Manages all aspects of project/program engagement from planning, stakeholder relationships, communication, budget, change and risks
To quality you will haveExcellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships at every level of the organisation.
Strong facilitation skills, presenting technical information to non-technical stakeholders and engaging with senior executives.
Solid financial skills with the ability to manage budgets, timeframes and associated risks
A successful track record in delivering software projects utilising both Agile and Waterfall methodologies on time and on budget with external customers.
Experience in people management and mentoring, strategic planning, risk management and service delivery
An outcomes focussed leader with an excellent track record of implementing sustainable and measurable change
Knowledge of Service Delivery processes, including ITIL framework (Change management, Release Management, Incident Management)
Ability to write proposals and reports to a high standard, you will understand your audience and can structure your thoughts well to articulate in crisp, persuasive English
