We are on a data journey and seeking a visionary Head of Data Engineering to lead our Data Engineering team and shape the future of our data infrastructure.Reporting to the Group GM Engineering and Technical Assurance, the Head of Data Engineering will set the vision for data engineering, practice and platform evolution, with leaders of each team directly reporting into you.
You'll lead specialist teams that manage the organisation's end-to-end data landscape.
By fostering a high-performance culture and championing innovative solutions, you will drive tangible business impact - empowering the organisation to derive greater insights from its data assets and accelerate transformation across the enterprise.To be successful in the role, you'll have proven experience leading, designing and implementing the modern data platform, including the transition to Snowflake.
You'll have experience in the data engineering and analytics industry, with a strong understanding of the data lifecycle and methods for extracting value.
Experience in building and leveraging strong relationships with key business users is essential, as is a commitment to collaboration and teamwork.
People leadership will be a key strength and you'll have proven experience managing teams to deliver high-quality data engineering projects.We offer a competitive salary and benefits package.
