Head Of Country Ops

We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

Drive the solution and work collaboratively as part of a project team, including guiding product leads, partners and the in-house developer team.
Oversee customer support processes to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
Train and develop a team of developers, providing constructive feedback and regular coaching.
Implement Agile ways of working to optimise Operational performance.
Owning recruitment & onboarding to secure the best talent to grow with the business.

Must have a strong software development background with 10+ years Experience.
Must have Technology and/or Telecoms industry experience.
Must be degree qualified.
Must be certified as an AWS Solutions Architect as a minimum.
You will need talent & people management experience of at least 5 years.
Proven experience working directly with stakeholders and clients at high levels - particularly those who are not tech focused.
Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills - both written and face to face.
Able to work in a constantly evolving environment, where goalposts are often moved.
An assertive, quick-thinker - determined and able to see things through to completion.
Proactive leader: self-starter, keen to make a difference.
