Head Of Corporate Finance

We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

Lead, manage, structure and execute complex debt funding transactions, particularly asset-backed securitisation
Lead, manage and support merger, acquisition, and divestment opportunities
Lead capital planning and ensure efficient capital distribution across the Group
Execute capital raising as required
Assess and recommend new business opportunities including contribution to structuring of commercial arrangements
Lead and manage equity investments and divestments
Contribute to development and implementation of the funding strategy
Manage relationships with debt providers
Manage the development and maintenance of capital allocation, return on equity and pricing models
Lead financial analysis of competitive landscape and recommend opportunities to pursue

Business degree and/or financial services experience at a senior leadership level
Significant exposure to work in capital markets
Strong financial services experience
Proven track record of leadership and people management
Ability to deal with ambiguity and manage complexity
