Leading the teams who work with our claims partners, you will help us deliver on our strategy and build an innovative network of partnerships that will deliver "amazing" to our customers at claim time. We are looking for someone who understands the challenges and opportunities for insurance and is excited by the opportunity to build an ecosystem of partners to challenge the industry.
We have big aspirations for this role including:
Defining and lead the delivery of Tower's Claims Partnership strategy
Implementing an innovative set of partnerships that represent a great experience for Tower customers and value for money to Tower
Implementing simplified and automated processes that are customer centric
Taking senior leadership accountability for understanding and operationally managing claim costs
Providing inspirational leadership to the teams of people who do assessing, partnership management, claim recoveries and investigations
Ensuring the timely and successful resolution of claims
To be successful in this role you will have:
Demonstrated ability to define, establish, transform a complex supply chain
Strong commercial acumen and strategic partnering capability
Experience in highly visible leadership and/or strategy development roles
An accomplished and inspiring leader with excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to co-operate and collaborate with other senior leaders across the business
Proven track record of applying new ways of thinking, challenging the status quo and creating and delivering innovative solutions
Understanding of the future of the insurance industry (or similar)
