This is a senior influencing role, accountable for developing business plans and delivering across Commercial, Business and Rural channels within TSB. To be successful in this role, you'll be able to demonstrate your ability to execute and drive business plans, balance risk and reward to create sustainable value for our customers and the Bank and to operate in an open and collaborative working style that promotes a cohesive approach that will ensure overall success. This role leads a team that delivers to SME customers right up to large complex property finance portfolio as well as Rural Customers. To be successful in this role you'll also need: 15 years of Commercial and Business, and Rural Finance industry experience. Working at senior levels to deliver to your customers Demonstrated experience leading a team of high-performing individuals in a growth environment Understand the value of networking with evidence of the ability to connect the business and the bank A relevant tertiary qualification, and it is desirable to have the New Zealand Certificate in Financial Services Level 5 Who are we?
