Head Of Analytics & Insights

We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

Set our overall data and analytics strategy, roadmap and priorities
Partner with impact across all domains to deliver analytics and insights contribution to strategy and performance
Ensure robust data and analytics foundations including data management and data platform excellence
Coach, lead and build an agile team of first-class retail analysts, data scientists and insights specialists
Support and innovate the provision of timely, accurate and actionable business performance insights
Develop, deploy and embed new analytics tools - including oversight of key data and analytics partnerships

Proven data and analytics leadership, ideally with strong retail/consumer experience
Strong track record of having grown, developed and transformed analytics and insights capability in a large organisation
Outstanding business partnering skills including the ability to seamlessly navigate diverse stakeholder environments
Passionate about delivering value through everything from basic reporting through to the most advanced analytics
