Accountable for leading development of AFA skill and competence, you will ensure standards and objectives are understood and comply with internal and external requirements.Managing change programs related to the Advice process, you will provide support and leadership to AFAs in the broader Partners and Retail Investment team businesses and create a standard reporting to assist with identifying skill and training issues across Private Bank.About YouYou will possess senior-level financial services experience within a large, complex environment with exposure to strategic development roles.
