Head Chef - Exclusive Restaurant

Our client is a family owned group that operates a number of high quality hotel operations across the Lake District.
They are looking for an ambitious Head Chef, with proven experience and a track record within luxury hotels.
With full day-to-day responsibility for their fine dining lake view restaurant, they seek passion and enthusiasm, which will be rewarded with a competitive salary and great benefits.
What We Are Looking for In You The ability to lead and develop a team of staff, providing leadership, development, motivation, and guidance to enable high levels of commitment and service.
A good understanding of P&L analysis, GP and menu costing, wage budgeting, and purchasing, with the ability to negotiate prices directly with suppliers.
The desire to develop menus and drive the business forward in the long term.
Flexibility in terms of the working hours required.
