We are looking to hire a passionate and experienced Head Chef and Chef de partie to join our team at the coolest modern Italian Restaurant and Pizzeria in the heart of Paraparaumu.
Candidates with Italian cooking experience are preferred or who have the passion to learn modern Italian food.

HEAD CHEF
We are looking for a talented and passionate Head Chef who has:
Strong leadership skills
Experience driving staff and managing a kitchen
Strong communication skills
Positive attitude
Innovative with a good attention to detail
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
Able to work well under pressure
Experience in managing and maintaining Food Hygiene, Safety and Food Control plans
Experience in menu development, food costs and stock control
Experience in training new staff
Outstanding food presentation

CHEF DE PARTIE
We are looking for a talented and passionate Chef de partie who has:
Strong communication skills
Positive attitude
Ability to make hand-rolled pizza (or willingness to learn)
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
Experience in ordering, stock control and rotation
Able to work well under pressure
Strong understanding of Food Hygiene, Safety and Food Control plans
Outstanding food presentation
Experience being in sole charge
