Harvest 2020 Cellarhands - Marlborough

Our Marlborough Winery in Blenheim is Villa Maria NZ's largest facility, concentrating on Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Riesling, Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir. Fruit is sourced from local vineyards and others as further afield as Waipara and Nelson. We are now seeking candidates to join us in Marlborough for the 2020 Harvest season. For the Harvest season, duties vary, but may include fruit receival, running presses, filtration, tank rackings, barrel work, plunging and pumping over red ferments, juice and wine additions, loading/receiving tankers, cleaning and stock control. We are looking for energetic, self-motivated people with a hands-on approach and strong attention to detail. Experience in the wine industry and an interest in wine would be an advantage, as would holding a valid forklift licence. The Harvest employment period in Marlborough is February to May.
